7. Assumptions & Exclusions

Assumptions

  • SPH provides timely access to sandbox / UAT environments for ServiceNow, Commerce, OneTrust, and SMS within 2 weeks of project kick-off.
  • SPH assigns a dedicated product owner and integration contacts per system (see Technical Discovery).
  • Meta WABA is approved and available before development sprint 2.
  • Scope matches Section 19 of the proposal; material scope changes will trigger a change request.
  • Travel is not required; all workshops are conducted remotely or at SPH premises in Singapore.

Exclusions

  • SPH-side licence fees (ServiceNow, OneTrust, MoEngage, Google Workspace).
  • Meta Business Manager verification delays or WABA policy appeals.
  • Content creation for knowledge base articles and notification templates (SPH provides copy).
  • Third-party penetration testing fees (QUICKSALES.AI supports remediation).
  • Data migration from legacy channels.
